Privacy policy

This site collects as little as it can. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no social widget, and no third-party font: everything it loads comes from its own domain. That is also why it needs no cookie banner.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. For a table request: first name, last name, email, telephone, date, time, number of guests and any note you add. For a privatisation enquiry: name, email, telephone, type of event, number of guests, date and message.

Why

Solely to answer you and to organise your table or your event. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to a third party for advertising.

IP addresses

To limit automated abuse of the forms, the site counts submissions per visitor. It stores only a salted cryptographic hash of the address, never the address itself, and those entries are deleted after twenty-four hours.

Cookies

One strictly necessary cookie carries the session that protects the forms against cross-site request forgery. It expires when you close your browser, and it tracks nothing.

How long we keep it

Table requests are kept for twelve months for organisational purposes. Privatisation enquiries are kept for twenty-four months. Beyond that, they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to us or call the restaurant:
